called Swedish massage, this treatment focuses on increasing
circulation, loosening tight muscles, improving flexibility and
encouranging full-body relaxation. A wonderful antidote for general

Clinical therapeutic massage--This
type of bodywork addresses a specific problem area or chronic pain
pattern. Your therapist will target the muscles, tendons, trigger
points and acupressure points associated with an area of pain and
discomfort. Ice or heat may be used in this treatment.
 Thai yoga massage--Done
completely clothed on a large, cushioned floor mat, Thai yoga massage
is a dynamic modality that incorporates yoga-inspired stretches, as

pure essential oils for their therapeutic properties, as well as their
